I want you to be satisfied with your purchase from me. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days upon delivery and give me an opportunity to work with you.
In case you decide to have an item replaced/refunded, please note that:- I will ask you to send back the original piece to me within 7 days upon delivery
- items should be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and without no perfum odor.
- shipping fees are not refundable (this includes the shipping cost for both ways)
- I cannot be held responsible for returned orders lost in transit. I recommend that you send your return back to me by registered post, retain proof of posting and send me a tracking number.
